Who is Lola?
Hi everyone and welcome to my fitness blog. For those new to my blog or are new to me, my name is Dr Lolah Soyombo- Akingbade, a pharmacist by day and a fitness freak by night.
I have been working out on and off but i really started working out about 7 years ago when i gained my share of freshman 10. I was never on the big side but slightly bigger than i was used to and i hated the feeling of wanting to cover up completely in clothes because of how i looked.
I am very passionate about working out and so this blog is all about staying healthy. This blog was created to provide an avenue to help people on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. I will be providing nutritional information and workout tips often. I currently provide fitness advice and train clients in their fitness journey by providing workout schedules and nutrition advice online.
Foundation of this blog?
I owe everything to Christ, and i dedicate this blog to him. I believe that in everything we do, we need to acknowledge him. Some posts i share may have some reference to God because i want you to understand that without him i can do nothing.
Feel free to ask and i will do my best to answer. My advice and tips come from my own personal experience and some research i have done online, or learned from other fitness freaks like myself.
