Wow its quite hard to eat clean in Nigeria, so many carbs everywhere, rice everyday, bread, yam, geez! Anyway, somehow i always lose weight when i go back home, maybe its because i am trying to eat clean and try so hard to avoid eating crap and thus eat less. Weirdly enough tho, i always feel like i am eating too much junk but when i get on the scales, i am usually lighter, not sure what happens but ill take that over weight gain! I worked out a few times but just like 15minutes a day, and part of my daily prayer is always Lord, help me stay in shape lol. Wedding planning was crazy hectic but thank God the wedding was a huge success. I lost weight, my wedding dress was a bit big for me, they had to keep pulling it up while i was dancing since it was a strapless dress. Even my reception dress had to get adjusted some days before lol.
Anywayz, so im back, back to clean eating and training, i have just about 5 weeks to my half marathon whoop whoop! Need to get my brain and body back to fitness mood and healthy eating. I will be uploading a post soon on some tips to get back on track. Basically things i have seen around or have tried and have worked for me cause trust me as much as i love working out, when i fall of track its hard to get back in and sometimes i just wanna lay in bed or just do other things besides working out.
