Its Monday, you are pumped up and ready to go. Get your fitness grind on. I am going to do this! New me! Fitness! You train so hard, eat clean all week, no unhealthy meals, no soda, no crap food, processed foods, sugar, no drinking of calories. Pump up on healthy food, veggies. You announce to facebook, instagram and every social media that you are back to fitness, you fell through and have come back, take tons of pictures of your awesome comeback…. #backtofitness#ifyoufalldownyougetupagain blah blah.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, you are still pumped!
Friday, the weekend is coming, kinda losing your grind huh?
Weekend is here! You have tons of friends who may not really workout or be on the same fitness grind as you are, they wanna eat out, party, temptation of friends all over lol. Some tell you its just a day of not being healthy, don’t be a party pooper, you are addicted, you are too skinny, you don’t need this, yalayala lol! They wanna drag you to eat the meals you have promised are the enemies all week, that cheese pizza, sugar, hotdog, carb overload, fat overload. Maybe your friend’s birthday dinner out or something. eeeeekkk, CAN YOU RELATE?
Or you plan to eat right all week, but have not had the time to shop healthy meals, or cook healthy. The fridge is full of unhealthy stuff and you have maxed out on your food budget.
Or maybe you just cant think of ways to spicen up that meal to be healthy and tasty at the same time without adding extra fattening condiments to it.
Or maybe you have decided to eat crap just cause you worked out everyday all week so you fall into the temptation of reward weekend ooooopppps! Now you have eaten all the calories you burned over the week but in your mind you don’t believe you have. You are thinking: I worked out so much and ate so clean all week, I cant possibly eat it all back in one weekend. WRONG!!!!!
You choose a small starbucks frappucinno, latte or one of those things. It’s the smallest size, it can’t do much damage. WRONG AGAIN!!!!
Or you workout all week, eat right and step on that scale and still don’t see any weight drops? You did cardio all week, no weight drops? Depression mode.
