Today we are featuring Patsworld! I have been following her youtube links and facebook page for a while and so when i saw her new year goal of fitness, i had to feature her. Have fun reading guys!!!
Tell us about yourself and how Pats world started.
I live in london with my husband, and have been blogging/vlogging for 3+ years, it started as i was a bored student and just wanted to try something new after being inspired by others
I see you are on a fitness challenge, what brought up that challenge?
I’ve realised that there is a strong need to be active, when I was younger I didn’t need to do anything to maintain my figure, but now work needs to be done.
What is your favorite workout?
I love anything short, sweet and with high intensity
What nutrition advice do you have for people starting their fitness journey as well?
Do not run to crash diet, your metabolism is everything and it will do the hard work for you
How often do you workout?
I workout for about 10 minutes everyday, but I try to do 2/3 longer (20-30 minute sessions)
What difficulties do you foresee in the fitness journey?
Being able to find the motivation and time management, but I am working on waking up earlier to achieve this.
