Tell us about yourself
I’m a faith-motivated visionary who finds peace with a regular exercise regimen. I always give 110%.
How did you get into working out?
I’ve played sports my entire life especially basketball! I started lifting weights for basketball @ 19 years of age. I wanted to get stronger to better play the post position.
What motivates you?
God’s love motivates me.
What is your nutrition like?
I eat Diet to Go 90% of the time. I eat mostly low carb but i snack on cashews, protein bars and fiber one bars throughout the day. I also drink about 2 protein shakes a day.
How often do you workout ?
I work out about 6 days a week.
What is your workout routine like?
I lift weights 3 times a week. Do pre-breakfast cardio 3 times a week and do Yoga 3 times a week.
How do you measure your success?
I measure success by the ability to sustain or improve. I don’t like partial success you must be able to maintain. Success is relative. Success is your ability to inspire others.
Advice to people trying to get into fitness
For people trying to get into fitness. Start out with realistic goals. Always do something you can maintain. Look at it as a lifestyle. A new lifestyle. a permanent change.
