Tolu is a personal workout addict who loves every form of workout from zumba, kick boxing and so on. She also is a big fan of eating and staying healthy especially through nutrition.

Tim started to run this year and ran about 7 official 5k races since May 2013. He also loves to dress up and has a great sense of fashion. A great combination i must say.
Kosi is a pharmacist and also loves to dance. She attends a workout class called Socaerobics class at Owings Mill. She is an example of taking what you love and staying fit through it. She has also completed a half marathon like myself and the goal is to do another one in 2014!!!
