Today i ran my first ever half marathon! It felt so much longer than i thought lol. At 8 miles i could have sworn i was at the 11mile point only to be told i still had about 5miles to go, Bummer!
But yes, so i came i saw and i conquered. Nothing is impossible if you set your mind to it. I made a goal this year to run a half marathon to the end and i accomplished it.

No bad for a first timer lol, no worries next one, i shall train for more speed however to those who may be saying “i can do better” and have not run a half marathon…….. go run one and then i can listen to your speed boasts lol.
Yayyyy made it! floor pose.
Had to get some sugar in my system after.
This was my training schedule for my half marathon. I modified it some weeks that i had to do less runs. I like it because it implements rest days and also CT cross training. However i sometimes wanted more strength training so i used most of my rest days to lift weights at the gym.
I am glad to be done with my first ever half marathon!
