Happy early valentines day to our bodies! Gotta show them some love too! I decided to post about ideas of gifts, workouts and things to do with that special someone on valentines day, whether it be opposite sex or a best friend or family that you choose to share it with.

Break a sweat: Break a sweat with that special someone while doing some cardio or even lifting weights! Hey you could even spot each other too. You can motivate each other to work out.
Rock climbing: This is so much fun, i did this with my brother about 2 years ago, pretty awesome. Find a location, sign up and have some climbing fun together!
Sign up for valentines day race: Run a race together!
Massage: take care of your bodies together. Go for a massage and relax together
Cooking class: i especially love this, take a cooking class. You will not only get to meet new people if its a group session, but you get to interact about recipes, and get goofy together. You also learn new recipes and can treat each other to new ideas.

Take a dance class together. This not only helps burn calories, but you also get more intimate together and can share special moments together. (married couple alert)
