Not everyone can afford a gym membership, or sometimes you may just prefer to workout at home. This past year and a half, most of my workouts have been mostly at home or few times at my community gym.
Being a wife and mom to my 2-year-old, working full time as a pharmacist and blogging as well is time-consuming. Motherhood is such an amazing process do not get me wrong, in fact, i have learned so much about Fitness from it. But staying fit and healthy can also be challenging as a mother. As busy moms, we usually need ways to get quick effective workouts in as little time as possible. Driving back and forth from the gym can seem like the extra time that can be spent doing something else. Especially if you have to drive about 15 minutes or more to the gym. Some mornings, i find it so hard to get a workout in, so i do a quick 5-10 minutes workout routine before my shower, you can find it HERE.
Besides having time, not everyone knows what workouts to do to target certain areas. Plus not everyone can afford to pay a trainer or fitness specialist.
I have put together a list of links to FREE youtube workout videos. You can use these to get ideas of workouts or even make up a schedule using these workouts. I follow a couple of programs from some of these great trainers already and love them!
Free YouTube Workout Channels to follow
Christine offers full workout videos for free on her channel and also nutrition tips. Her workouts are very intense but easy to follow. She uses minimal equipment such as dumbbells. She also gives a ton of fitness advice about weight loss, muscle and so on.
Amanda Russell brings her expertise as a former competitive athlete, fitness model and fitness coach to your home and merges her love of fitness, cooking, eating, style, people and travel so you are always up to date and entertained. Her workouts are short so if you need something quick and effective, here you go!
She uploads new videos every Monday with no-equipment, at home workouts that can be done in under 30 mins. She lost about 45 pounds which completely changed her life and so she shares tips to make lifestyle changes. I just also love how colorful her page looks, it always motivates me!
Her Channel is all about teaching people to get fit and lose weight the safe way. This Women’s Fitness Channel has lots of workout videos, for all fitness levels with plenty from her Beginners workout to fat burning, full body workout, pilates, over 50 workouts – how to start running and more, so something for everyone.
She shares workouts using equipment with everyone
These two lovely ladies took everyone by surprise with their amazing ways of working out and motivating everyone. They share various workouts and fitness and nutrition tips on their channel.

She combines pop music and pilates to create a variety of videos ranging from single-song challenges to 20+ minute workouts.They are usually equipment free but of course, you have the option to use equipment. I love that she has a positive perspective on things and does not get affected by what people say about her body image.
I love this channel, only thing is they use a lot of their own equipment so you might have to invest in them or improvise like i do.
These are one of my favorites! They have Over 500 free full-length workout videos + new workouts every Monday. They use little to no equipment and are so much fun!
She posts new workouts every Sunday. I also love that many of the workouts are on the beach or a nice scenery to motivate you.

Jessica Valant Pilates is your source for the best Pilates and fitness workouts and healthy living information online. One unique thing about her page is her workouts for things like shoulder pain, IVF, Therapy etc so a little out of the norm.
Kayla is a top Instagram celebrity trainer, however, her workout programs may be a bit pricey for some. But you can find short clips of them on her channel.
