As promised, here is my recipe for last week. Sorry for the late post!
I made turkey burgers.
Turkey burgers recipe
1 tablespoon Marketplace Dijon Dill Dip with greek yoghurt
Jennie O turkey burgers
1 all-natural whole grain or whole wheat English muffin
Small handful of spinach
Preheat a grill to high.
Season both sides of the patty with salt. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Place the muffin bottom, cut side up, on a serving plate. Top it with the spinach, the burger. Spread the Dill dip evenly over the inside of the top of the English muffin and place it atop the burger. Serve immediately.
