Yayyy ran my first full 9 miles on Sunday whoop whoop, so proud of myself! It was quite tough, im not sure if it was as tough as i thought or not. Actually the first 6 miles were not bad, however i sort of started struggling at 7miles, had to stop once in between each mile. Next saturday i have 10miles so i need to get it together. I think this is where nutrition comes into play because as bad as this sounds, i only got a scoop of yoghurt before i started running, knowing fully well i needed more carbs. At the end of the 9miles, i was starving like crazy!
